Office Assistant (English / Spanish / Vietnamese)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties
- Assist other administrative and operational staff as needed.
- Support the office in project coordination tasks.
- Conduct clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in office management tasks to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a medical office setting is a plus.
Requirements:
- Strong project coordination skills to assist in various projects.
- Experience in clerical duties and office administration.
- Knowledge of computerized systems for efficient data entry.
- Ability to provide excellent customer support.
- Knowledge of QB or Payroll system is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management tasks is advantageous.
- Must be able to speak either English & Spanish or English & Vietnamese.
