Facility Engineering Services is Hiring a Lead Controls Installation Technician Near Baltimore, MD
Temperature Control Drawings and overseeing and directing assigned projects and FES team members.
Candidate will ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and leadership to assigned FES team members as well as subcontractors
- Participate in project preplanning process
- Lead the execution of assigned projects
- Identify customer issues/ concerns, escalate accordingly to ensure problem resolution
- Coordinate work with other trades
- Run control wire per industry standard
- Install conduit and fittings per industry standard
- Mount and terminate controllers, sensors, and end devices
- Troubleshoot wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments
- Day or night shifts depending on the project schedule
- Mentor Junior level installation technicians
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in the installation of Building Controls and Automation
