As a Business Operations Coordinator at FPC Global, you will be joining our Global Business Operations team and will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day business-wide administration and project coordination support for our growing consultancy and professional services business line teams. With key operations in the UK, EMEA, Americas, India, and Asia-Pacific regions, this role will require strong coordination skills, effective communication, and a confident approach in dealing with diverse internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a team player committed to delivering work to a high standard. Attention to detail, proficiency in using Google suite applications, and the ability to follow procedures are essential for success in this role. Located in the US, this role will be a crucial part of our global supporting operations. You will work closely with our business operations teams in the UK and US, supporting FPC's interests across all operating locations. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a broad range of Business Operations and Administration functions
Hold a degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (preferred)
Have experience in project management (certification is a plus)
Are familiar with website development and social media platforms
Exhibit excellent timekeeping, punctuality, and professionalism
Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Work in a structured, methodical, and highly organized manner
Have experience using Google suite applications (training can be provided)
Additionally, the following soft skills are highly preferred:
Be a responsive team player with excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks
