Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the team.

This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Relevant certification or diploma in administration or a related field is a plus.
