Senior Associate, Nutrition - Add-Ons

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is looking for a Senior Associate, Nutrition - Add-Ons. This position will oversee the nutrition activities of the add-ons portfolio as well as provide support to the broader nutrition team. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, weekly nutrition analysis and labeling tasks, nutrition innovation approvals for dietary and supplements, regulatory compliance of product and supplement labels, and claims approvals.

You will …

• Develop and uphold nutrition and ingredient standards for the add-ons portfolio
• Complete exploratory product approvals and proactively seek feedback from stakeholders
• Conduct evidence-based research reviews and competitive market analyses for new products and make firm recommendations on usage
• Complete weekly nutrition analysis of in-house add-on products
• Audit physical and digital product labels to ensure accurate nutrition/ingredient/allergen information
• Maintains product specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Attend in-person add-on tasting sessions to provide nutrition feedback
• Conduct regulatory reviews of packaging, ensuring adherence to FDA and USDA regulations
• Assist with special projects

At a minimum, you have…

• Registered Dietitian credentials
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university
• Working knowledge of USDA, FDA, and CFR labeling regulations
• Experience managing large sets of data and working cross functionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Basic G Suite skills required (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
