**Daily Duties **
- In charge of new developments, installation space analyses, preliminary designs and feasibility studies.
- Responsible for the creation, design, modification and control of mechanical systems.
- Responsible for researching, analyzing, creating and checking design documents (incl. the BOM - Bill of Materials)
- Responsible for the creation of documents relevant for approval as well as guidelines, work instructions and presentations.
- Technical contact person for our customers
- Responsible for the creation of documents for internal process optimization and the creation, control and internal release of construction documents.
- Enthusiastic about mechanical construction in the cabin areas of PSU, placards, floor covering (Mylar, NTF, carpet, seat track covering), lining (side trim, foot trim) and emergency equipment.
- Completed engineering studies and relevant experience in the field of mechanics and aircraft construction
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Experience in 3D CAD systems (CATIA V5, EHI)
- Knowledge in the field of cabin interior
- 3D construction experience and basic knowledge of aviation law
- Business fluent in German and/or English
- Experience in aircraft cabin with focus on ATA25
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, commitment and flexibility
- Independent and customer-oriented way of working
