FactoryFix is Hiring an Aluminum Welder Near Burlington, WA
- Fit and weld aluminum boat parts as part of a custom vessel
- Fit boat kit parts with geometry that has been refined for 25 years.
- Weld structural and seems using C/V MIG techniques.
- Fit and frame all boat fixtures, including Decks, Lockers, Wheelhouse, Pipework, etc.
- Weld all topside fixtures using C/V MIG and PULSED MIG techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
