OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Automation Mechanical Technician to join our team at our facility in Omaha, NE, 68138. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Electrical Schematics, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, Industrial Robot Programming, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Servo Motors, and Industrial Robot.
Responsibilities

- Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair industrial automation equipment
- Program and maintain industrial robots for optimal performance
- Configure and troubleshoot and execute repairs on mechanical assemblies
- Identify symptoms of impropper mechanical adjustments
- Calibrate and maintain servo motors
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize automation processes
- Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment
- Proficiency in industrial machine programming
- Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Experience with servo motors and their maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
