FactoryFix is Hiring a CNC Machinist Near Hartford, WI

We're looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team of approx. 70 skilled machinists in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.
Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts by creating CNC programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.
Starting pay ranges from $21 - $33/hr with generous perks and benefits including:

What you'll need to succeed:
  • 3 years of experience operating CNC Lathe or Milling machines is required.
  • Ability to program using Mastercam and/or Mazatrol is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
  • Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes or CNC Milling Centers
  • Inspect your own parts
  • Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
  • Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
  • Maintain a safe working environment
