FactoryFix is Hiring a Day Shift Maintenance Technician Near Georgetown, KY
- $2,000-$4,000 New Hire Bonus
- 12-hour shifts, day & night shift, 4 days week one, 3 days week two
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours in one week and after 40 the following
- Shift Differential: additional pay of $3.00 for all hours worked between 11pm – 7:20am and $0.30 cents for all hours worked between 3pm – 11:20pm
- Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401k & 401K Match and more
- Skill Based Pay System - Raises based on how fast you successfully pass evaluations
- Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery. This includes manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery
- Dismantles, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints and hydraulic schematics
- Repairs and fabricates
- PLC programming
- Safely operate a seated forklift
- Properly program, setup, recover and diagnose robots
- Practice safe shut down and lockout / tagout procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to all safety policies
- Steel, forging, manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to train others as needed
