Industrial Maintenance Technician

$27.00- $30.00

Hours : Rotating 12 hour shift 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am. You will work BOTH DAY-SHIFT and NIGHT-SHIFTas part of your rotation.

Shift Rotation : 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off and the rotation starts over

SIGN ON BONUS - $300 AFTER 90 DAYS!

RETENTION BONUS - $600 AFTER 9 MONTHS

Real Alloy, LLC has a career opportunity available for a Talented, problem solving, and multi-skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the Loudon, TN Real Alloy Team.

This position has a direct impact on the success of the Loudon Plant & Recycling Facility and will help :

If you are an Industrial Maintenance Technician who can :

Perform all maintenance related duties including new installations, trouble-shooting, welding etc. Employees must be able to work from elevated levels, operating mobile equipment, and hand and power tools.

Understand pertinent diagnostic tools. Read and understand blue prints.

Diagnose and correct problems.

Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean and service

Electrical / electronic / pneumatic, recording / control.

Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals and codes.

Read and understand blue prints

Perform layout, assembly, and wiring of component parts in installation, replacement and repair of systems.

Conduct and record tests such as temperature and combustion surveys.

Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding used in connection with work; operate required material handling equipment / vehicles.

Keep necessary records and logs such as Maintenance work orders, calibration and calculation records.

Perform all maintenance related duties, including

New Installations

Trouble-shooting

Welding

Operate mobile equipment

Operate hand and power tools.

Understand pertinent diagnostic tools

Follow all safety rules, and company policies.

Qualifications

Has High school diploma or G.E.D. required

Is Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challange driven.

Has the ability to work in a task completion environment to ensure daily goals are met.

General mechanical, pneumatic, PLC / Electricial, hydraulic, & combustion knowledge is required

Can diagnose and troubleshoot machinery
