OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Program/Account Manager to join our team at our facility in Jeffersonville, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding and experience in managing customer accounts and projects in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Leads regular reviews with management.
- Works with necessary resources to maintain strong customer relationships with dedication to customer program schedules.
- Manages program budgets to meet or exceed award of business targets.
- Plans and formulates programs and organizes resources according to program scope.
- Coordinate interdepartmental program activities to specific phases, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, product testing, layout and part submission procedures.
- Assist in developing control plans and FMEAs.
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems, design changes, specification and drawing releases, and ensures project scope is maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (technical engineering field preferred)***; and***2-3 Years related experience in program management role in manufacturing industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Fluent in PC applications for cost tracking, budgeting, and program management.
- Exposure to both product engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Plastics Injection molding experience preferred.
- Working knowledge in the design of injection molds preferred.
- Familiar with typical secondary processes that apply to injection molded assemblies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
- Must have time management skills, be able to prioritize, and multitask.
