OverviewWe are seeking a Service Manager to join our team at our facility in Bridgeport, CT. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of service technicians.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed service goals
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Previous technical experience in a HVAC and/or Oil Burner based role is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
