Hiring Range:The hiring range for this position is** $22.00 - $27.00 p/hour.** This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage Shipping and Receiving at Paramount shop using various software programs.
- Perform daily inventory Cycle Counts.
- Clean corrosive and other deposits from serviceable parts using solvents, wire brushes or sandblaster.
- Drive Caltrol trucks and stake bed to customer sites to perform deliveries and pickups.
- Drive forklift and utilize pallet jacks to move inventory, load, and unload pallets. (We will train!)
- Package parts and crate valves using wood blocks, foam, and steel banding.
- Work with Customers to schedule and coordinate Valve deliveries and drop offs.
- Assist technicians in Sandblasting, Painting, and Teardown as time permits.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have an excellent driving record.
- Experience with shipping and receiving, some mechanical knowledge.
- Verbal and written skills to effectively communicate between departments and with customers.
- Ability to send emails and process work orders using computer software.
- Ability to safely use and maintain a large variety of tools and equipment, associated with shipping and Receiving Department.
- Drive and initiative to grow with us!
- Mechanical and Electrical experience preferred.
- Experience with 5S and manufacturing shipping and receiving.
- Knowledge of Control, Isolation, or PRV’s.

Potential exposure to chemicals and work in close proximity to moving mechanical and mobile equipment. Must be able to wear maximum level of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction which may include but is not limited to hardhat; safety glasses; fire resistant clothing; safety-toed footwear; hearing protection; respiratory protection, etc. Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to 8 hours per day. Frequent climbing, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work outside in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
Travel:Local travel to customer sites for pickup and delivery.
Work Hours:Shift is 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Friday. Must be willing to work after hours with little to no notice. Must be willing to work weekends as required to meet customer needs.
