OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to join our team at our facility in Rockford, IL, 61109. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills in PLC, electrical, mechanical, and CNC machines.

- Perform troubleshooting and repair of PLC systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in machinery
- Identify and fix mechanical problems in equipment
- Troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure proper functioning
- Provide on-site support to customers for equipment guarding and installation
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance
- Demonstrated PLC troubleshooting skills
- Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Experience troubleshooting CNC machines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
