Faegre Drinker is looking to hire an Immigration Paralegal to contribute to one of the most sophisticated and multi-dimensional business immigration and global mobility practices in the U.S. This position can be based out of our Denver, Washington D.C., Minneapolis, or Chicago office. In particular, we are seeking an Immigration Paralegal with knowledge of I-9s and/or internal I-9 auditing and related immigration compliance matters. In this position, you will: work with our team of attorneys; interact with multinational corporate clients; and draft government filings on behalf of highly skilled technical workers, business executives, and leading international scientists.

The anticipated initial hourly rate for someone who is hired into this position is $28.25– $43.50/hour based on a 37.5 hour a week sched

ule.
Actual initial hourly rate may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is a non-exempt role paid on an hourly basis.
