Fail Safe Accounting LLC is a reputable tax preparation and accounting firm committed to providing exceptional financial services to our diverse client base. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
- Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring that each client is greeted promptly assisted.
- Provide assistance to walk-in clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for our accounting specialists, managing the calendar effectively.
- Process client payments and charges with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilizes strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Maintains a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, demonstrating exceptional stress management skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling high call volumes in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and tax preparation is preferred.
- Experience in collections is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease.
