Key Responsibilities:
· Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring that each client is greeted promptly assisted.
· Provide assistance to walk-in clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments for our accounting specialists, managing the calendar effectively.
· Process client payments and charges with accuracy and efficiency.
· Utilizes strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
· Maintains a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, demonstrating exceptional stress management skills.
Qualifications:
· Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
· Proven experience in handling high call volumes in a front desk or receptionist role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with basic accounting principles and tax preparation is preferred.
· Experience in collections is a plus, but not mandatory.
· Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
· Ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease.
