WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive Site Merchandising Associate to join our growing team. This person will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life online. Reporting to the eCommerce Senior Manager of, this person will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all product launches and updates on Fair Harbor’s website. The ideal candidate will manage the site to enhance customer engagement, increase conversion rates, boost revenue, and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is analytical, solutions-oriented, and eager to work closely with cross-functional partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate and execute the setup of products and merchandising on Shopify
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to request and upload site assets for promotions and launches.
  • Manage the creation and parameters of discount codes to support promotional campaigns. Monitor and report out on any discrepancies.
  • Upload price adjustments and ensure they reflect appropriately across all channels.
  • Manage item and merchandising across platforms outside of Fair Harbors proprietary website such as GovX, Shop App, and Instagram Shop.
  • Ensure all products have accurate and up-to-date information on product detail pages, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor site merchandising and identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience through landing page optimization.
  • Contribute to site upkeep by managing navigation, homepage updates, 'shop the look' features, about page, customer service pages, and anything that is necessary to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Manage the on-site search results strategy to maximize performance and customer experience.
  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in executing the overall site merchandising strategy.
  • Implement SEO changes to improve search rankings and increase traffic based on recommendations from third party partners.

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related field

Required Experience, Skills, and/or Knowledge:

  • 1-2 years of experience in site merchandising or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Shopify experience required
  • Experience with Dynamic Yield is a plus.
  • Understanding of discount code management, tagging strategies, and SEO optimization.
  • Experience analyzing KPIs and providing insights, utilizing tools like Google Analytics 4 and other data sources.

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

  • May require some flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet deliverables.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • May require the ability to travel locally by car/public transportation, as well as possible trips involving air travel for multi-night stays.
