Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented individuals to join our real estate team. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including online job boards, networking events, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions to build a pipeline of talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate recruiting, preferably within a brokerage or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, including licensing requirements and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates at all levels.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
