This is a full-time, benefitted position. The hours are essentially Monday – Friday with off-hours required for recruitment events, physician interviewing, etc.

This a hybrid role. The corporate office is in Fairfax, Virginia.

As a Physician Recruiter for Fairfax Radiology Consultants (FRC PLLC), you are an experienced Physician recruiter who believes that when you give our applicants, candidates, and hiring managers the best experience, it has a direct impact on our patient’s experience. That is your true north. You know how to find talent (not just receive it) and you love the engagement and excitement of finding that perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

• Full-cycle recruitment and sourcing of Radiologists and Advanced Practice Professionals
• Create optimized job postings
• Interview candidates
• Coordinate all aspects of interviews with physician leaders
• Handle all candidate communications throughout the hiring process

What you’ll bring:

• 2 years’ Physician recruitment experience
  1. 2 years’ experience in executive healthcare recruitment would also be considered
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Sales, Business Management, Psychology, Communications or other relevant area of study
  1. Comparable combination of education and experience will be considered
• As this position is in Fairfax, VA, candidate must live in a commutable distance from Fairfax.
• Strong skills in use of databases, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Sourcing, applicant tracking systems, social media, and recruitment marketing experience are required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and with tact in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to travel by car and plane to recruitment events and conferences.
• Reliable, high-speed internet and dedicated office space in order to work remote days.
