Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations
- Balance and reconcile hotel revenue for the day
- Ensure the security of the premises during the night hours
- Assist in preparing reports for management

Experience:
- Previous experience in night audit, front desk, or guest services is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
