**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning, hospitality, and/ or housekeeping management. PEOPLE SKILLS ARE A MUST!

**Duties:**

- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff

- Ensure all rooms and common areas are maintained and cleaned to a high standard

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures

- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met

- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping management, or related field

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively

- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
