**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations at the front desk.
**Duties:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Manage a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Utilize phone systems and hotel management software for reservations and guest services
- Conduct night audits and ensure accuracy in billing processes
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, customer service, and hospitality management
- Assist with guest relations, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and customer service best practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with resort or hospitality management is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems, hotel software, and other front desk tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to support 24/7 operations
- Fosse experince is a must.
