What we are looking for:

0 – 1 year of customer service experience

Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.

Ability to handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.

Ability to answer and route calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
Utilize hotel experience to ensure smooth operation of front desk activities.

Demonstrate hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.

Collaborate with team members to address guest needs promptly and efficiently.

Uphold guest services standards to enhance overall guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
