**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. **Duties:** - Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and banquet services. - Supervise and train staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. - Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and meet financial goals. - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to optimize operational costs. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Oversee shift management to maintain smooth operations during peak hours. - Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and payment transactions. **Experience:** - Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel setting. - Strong knowledge of banquet operations, food production, and coffee service. - Proven track record in leadership roles with the ability to motivate teams and achieve targets. - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems. - Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
