Guest Service Representative

Overview

Fairfield Inn & Suites is currently hiring for a Part time Guest Service Agent to work in our Houston, TX location. This position is responsible for customer service, changing guests' rooms, making reservations, providing information about the hotel, and keeping the lobby area clean and tidy. We are looking for an outgoing person who enjoys the customer service side of things and would like to be a part of a fun and upbeat team.

The ideal candidate must be available to work Friday from 11p-7am. In addition, must be available to cover 3p-11pm or 7a-3p shifts on one or two days of the week. The candidate must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Work experience in the hotel industry is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
