Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the establishment
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all rooms, public areas, and facilities are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in industrial cleaning
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus

Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour
