Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This position is responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high cleanliness standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and training.

- Implement and maintain cleaning procedures.

- Oversee custodial duties to ensure all areas are clean and sanitized.

- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.

- Address guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

A great candidate will have:

- Experience within the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
