Nature of Work: Under the general direction of the director of Business Office, arranges the admission of inpatients, registration of outpatients and emergency room visits, obtains patient and guarantor information for data collection, operates switchboard, performs cashier functions, and receives, screens and gives direction to patients and other visitors.

Education/Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent, Keyboarding skills, effective verbal and written communication skills; minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
