Status: Full-Time, Non-exempt; Monday - Friday

Nature of Work: The Office Nurse plays a vital role in communicating with the provider, patients, and other healthcare facilites in coordination patient care, answering questions, educating and instructing patients, providing nursing assessments of patients for healthcare providers, assisting with office procedures, carrying out provider orders, handling referrals to specialists, and taking care of prescription requests. During patient work-up, entering patient's entire health data/history in electronic chart with accuracy and completeness, verifying patient health information such as medication at each visit, updating patient charts to maintain current medical information. Stock and maintain needed nursing supplies and account for sample and stock medications.

Education: Must be a licensed RN in the State of Illinois

Skills: Strong customer relations experience required. Team player willing to assist in meeting organizational goals. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented in approach to others.
