Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance Operations, the Regional Maintenance Manager is a player coach that oversees the maintenance operations of properties in their designated region and can perform work order tasks to assist as needed. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all maintenance personnel for multi-site locations throughout the assigned region and is tasked with ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The Regional Maintenance Manager will be recognized as a leader for all multi-site maintenance staff and will actively participate in hiring, training, conducting work orders, and performance management initiatives.

$75,000.00 annual
