**What you will be doing:**

* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

* Restock guest room Minibars in a timely and accurate manner

* Have full knowledge of all Minibar menu items

* Follow hotel policies, procedures and service standards

* Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

* Complete daily assigned side work tasks

* Communicate all guest needs with Leadership and other Colleagues

* Assist with maintaining par levels in the store room while rotating product to reduce waste

* Uphold uniform and grooming standards

* Other duties as assigned

**Your experience and skills include:**

* P revious food & beverage experience preferred

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
