Reporting to the Director of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Seasonal dates of position : November 1st through January 10th
• Anticipate guests needs creating memorable experiences
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
• Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
