- **Pay Rate:** $52/hour
- **Contract Duration:** 12 months
- **Citizenship Requirement:** Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- **Client:** BMW
- **Degree Requirement:** Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, Business, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent experience of 4 years in IT Application or Infrastructure professions.
- **Project Leadership:** 5 years managing medium to large system responsibilities in IT environments.
- **Systems Analysis:** 5 years of experience in system analysis roles.
- **Team Collaboration:** 5 years of experience in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- **Planning and Design:** Over 5 years of experience in planning, analysis, and design of IT solutions.
- **Project Management Knowledge:** 5 years of experience in project management practices.
- **IT Governance:** 3 years of knowledge in IT governance and the system development life cycle.
- **Business Understanding:** 3 years of business experience in the relevant area.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Basic understanding of databases, operating systems, and IT infrastructure (less than 1 year required).
- **Analytical Skills:** Experience in complex business process analysis and cost/benefit analysis for medium to large projects.
- **Process Management:** Skill in overseeing and managing existing operational processes, defining new operational procedures, and working across global networks for synergy in systems.
- **System Capabilities:** Ability to review and analyze system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to assess the feasibility of program requests.
- Collaborate with business units to analyze current operations, identify issues, and clarify requirements.
- Manage current processes and work toward defining future processes.
- Ensure alignment with group strategy by partnering with global networks.
- Evaluate system capabilities and differentiate between configuration needs and programming solutions.
- Prepare estimates for project timelines and costs.
- Write detailed functional specifications for program developments.
- Conduct system configuration and coordinate interface design and development.
- Provide on-call support as necessary.
- Create and coordinate technical documentation, including reports, process documentation, test plans, training assessments, and implementation plans.
