### Target Salary: $85,000
#### Overview
A prominent organization in the design, marketing, and distribution sector is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in the greater Memphis area, specifically located south of Memphis in Mississippi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in HR, particularly within Distribution or Manufacturing facilities.
#### Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a Global HR Team and corporate executives to drive HR initiatives.
  • Provide recruitment services for various U.S. locations.
  • Support Global Staffing efforts.
  • Engage in Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Activity Programs.
  • Facilitate Employee Development and training initiatives.
  • Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Offer support related to compensation and benefits.
#### Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist leadership experience or 2 or more years as an HR Business Partner supporting corporate roles is required.
  • A four-year degree in HR management, business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with Affirmative Action policies and onboarding methods is beneficial.
  • Full cycle recruiting experience is essential, particularly strong online skills; experience with ADP WorkforceNow Recruiting and LinkedIn is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS is crucial; knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision is necessary.
  • Experience with benefits and compensation administration is desired.
