Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- 4-year Degree in Engineering
- 7 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Senior-level project management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees through the proper design, installation, commissioning, and upgrade of equipment and facilities.
- Eliminate health hazards to prevent work stoppage and time loss due to accidents, while ensuring adherence to all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and policies.
- Support and strengthen Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Ensure that all engineering qualification phases of approved projects, from conception to implementation, are robustly completed for all projects within the division.
- Coordinate with all partners for all approved projects.
- Troubleshoot and correct production problems.
- Suggest, plan, and implement ways to increase efficiency.
