Job Opportunity Overview

Key Requirements
- Current residence in the Charlotte area
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing enterprise security programs and projects
- Privilege Access Management (experience with One Identity Safeguard is a plus)
- Network segmentation
- Disaster Recovery
- Background in handling complex projects, preferably with advanced education
- Provide Technical Project Manager services to execute various programs/projects in the Security functional area.
- Facilitate project management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own project execution and direct the work of project team members.
- Serve as Scrum Master for scrum projects, leading the team through full execution.
- Manage all scrum deliverables and conduct all necessary scrum ceremonies.
- Remove any impediments that may hinder the team's ability to deliver.
- Provide project updates as required by the ITS Project Management Team.
- Adhere to ITS Project Management Guidelines and Methodology.
- Create essential project management artifacts (e.g., Project Charter, Project Plan).
- Ensure stakeholder management and readiness/change adoption.
- Oversee all applicable change requirements.
- Schedule and facilitate relevant project meetings (status updates, problem resolution, etc.).
- Manage project scope based on insights from the Business Champion, Product Owner, and Strategy & Planning Team.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables by collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for the project.
- Manage all project workstreams and report to management, stakeholders, and business customers.
- Establish a cadence for communications and status updates (emails, reports, meetings).
- Build and manage relationships with business and vendor stakeholders.
- Stay informed about vendor tasks and their implications on deliverables.
