Job Specific Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals for the DHB division.
- Act as a delegated administrator for the North Carolina ID (NCID) system, assisting with account management and email setup.
- Provide telephone system support, including deployment of phones, setup for new staff, and troubleshooting phone issues.
- Support DHB Users by addressing IT requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Maintain IT inventory using the WASP Inventory Tracking System.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, officials, and the public.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in technical support.
- Demonstrated ability in deploying and configuring computers and peripheral devices.
