The Pillars of Mankato Senior Living is looking for a Lead Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Senior Living Community located in Mankato, MN.
This Lead Culinary Assistant food services role schedule includes;

• 80 hours every two weeks ; full time
• Includes every other weekend saturday/sunday and holidays rotation

The Pillars of Mankato provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially designed community. • Promotes and encourages positive tenant/resident relations and satisfaction
• Provides support and direction to Culinary Assistants
• Acts as Lead for Dining Staff
• Supports Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
• Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
