We are looking for a Sales and Outreach Director to join our team! This position will assist in crafting and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for our Senior Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Wayzata, MN. This Role will be based primarily in the building/community and significant time is dedicated to working with external referral resources. This marketing schedule includes;

• 80 hours ever two weeks
• Full time, day shifts
• No weekends

The Trails of Orono Senior Living community is located in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis near Highways 12 and I-494 in Wayzata, MN. Required

• Bachelor's Degree – Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of previous experience –successful occupancy development experience
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets & database management

Preferred

• Other License/Certification/Registration – Aging Services of Minnesota Sales and Marketing Certificate
• Three to five years of previous experience
• Experience in presentations using PowerPoint
