This position is responsible for training, coaching and mentoring employees, as well as providing member service and business development. Base compensation starts at $76,000/year and is based on experience, total compensation includes performance based incentive.

- Oversee all functional areas of the branch. Responsible for monitoring and overseeing daily operations and assisting where needed to ensure that member and crewmember needs are met.
- Manage all aspects related to branch crewmembers which includes staffing, hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching.
- Ensure member service standards are consistently met within the branch and fosters an environment that demonstrates the FAIRWINDS Way.
- Responsible for business development of the market area to achieve credit union goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate involvement in the community to strengthen Credit Union public relations and external business development activities.
- Monitor and develop branch portfolio to enhance member relationships and to meet branch scorecard objectives.
- Develop and monitor business loan strategies for new and existing relationships to meet targeted goals.
- Responsible for strategic planning within the branch which includes monitoring growth, profitability, budgeting, and completion of business/action plans.
- Ensure safety and soundness of the branch, members, and the adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
