Job Title: Registered Nurse

- Monitor and record vital signs accurately to track patient health status.
- Conduct venipuncture and other medical procedures as required.
- Maintain precise medical documentation for patient records.
- Assist in procedures like spinal taps under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care systems.
- Provide support in behavioral health interventions when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent certification.
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in healthcare settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues empathetically.
