Job Summary:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide quality caregiving services in a home care or acute care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients

Skills:
- Proficiency in working with people with seniors
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices
- Experience in catheter care and tube feeding
- Ability to manage medical records accurately
- Competence in medication administration
- Prior experience in caregiving, particularly in home care or acute care environments
