Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a passion for education. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering their academic and personal growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students - Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles - Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Collaborate with parents, administrators, and other teachers to support student development - Incorporate technology into classroom activities to enhance learning experiences Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Certification in Early Childhood Education or relevant teaching certification - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Familiarity with Montessori or other alternative teaching methodologies is a plus - Ability to teach subjects such as Math effectively - Experience in special education or child welfare is advantageous - Prior experience in a private school setting is beneficial
