Job Title: Home Health Aide
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
Skills:
- Experience in home care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and systems
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
