This position will be located in our St. Louis, MO office. This is a paid internship opportunity.

Position Description:

This is a part-time or full-time internship providing direct support to the Marketing Manager. This position will support various company, marketing, and business development (BD) initiatives.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities will primarily include providing support for marketing and BD initiatives, as well as various administrative tasks for the firm. Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Develop or update firm information such as project profiles/case studies, white papers, etc.
• Develop or update staff information such as resumes, bios, business cards, etc.
• Assist with contacts and data management via the firm’s CRM (Unanet/Cosential)
• Assist with developing marketing collateral, graphics, or communications
• Assist with internal company communications
• Assist with maintenance of company website
• Assist with preparation for marketing/BD conferences and events
• Lead tasks for preparation of internal company events
• Other marketing or administrative tasks as assigned

Education & Requirements:

• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program working towards an Associates, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing (or related field), or an AEC-related field. Individuals can also be recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience.
• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must have the ability to organize and manage large quantities of data.
• Strong editing and writing skills are required for both marketing and technical content.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and leadership within the company.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Motivated and driven individual that can be a self-starter.
• Able to take on challenges and take an active role in learning.
• Experience with Adobe Suite or CRM platforms will be considered but is not required.
