Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Director at FAITH RECOVERY. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our treatment programs, including program development, staff management, and quality assurance. They will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that our programs meet the needs of our clients and align with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in program development and management in the field of addiction treatment
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Certification or licensure in addiction counseling or related field is preferred
