The Online Campus Technician will oversee the full online experience and website at Faith Church, making the online campus the best it can be.

Physical DemandsOffice time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThe weekly schedule will include 20-25 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.
TravelCampus to campus local travel may be expected for this position.

- Raise and develop a volunteer team that can assist in the following responsibilities:
- Understand the process required to make an online worship experience happen
- Develop online Growth Track, online Connect programs, & online Events
- Develop a space for online congregation to chat and interact
- Probe into ways to make the online experience better
- Measure and report weekly data to team
- Read and respond to email questions and prayer requests to the church
- Develop remote dream team serving
- Lead website development ideas and initiative to develop updated website with outside vendor by staying current with web trends, using geo-tagging to get the online community connected to the right place, utilize SEO, and make the web experience visual pleasant, easy and fun
- Develop online resource/source to get ALL Faith Church resources to the online Congregation
- Work with database administrator to ensure database properly supports website for ease of use to end user
- Must have a heart for the Church and be a growing follower of Christ.

Required Education And Experience
- Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Apps, & Final Cut required.
- Must be experienced/proficient in Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO Optimization, Photography, Videography, & Clickfunnels.
- 2 years experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- 2 years experience in developing for the WordPress platforms.
- 2 years experience and/or technical knowledge of app development, APIs and content delivery.
- 2 years experience in Lava.
