We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our home health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our home health program, including overseeing the care of geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and have excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a leader who is committed to providing the highest level of care and service to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing care plans for home health patients.
• Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs.
• Manage staff and coordinate resources to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Develop policies and procedures for the nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to home health care.
• Provide education to patients and families about health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Conduct performance reviews of nursing staff.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $35.00 per hour
